OUR BASIC POLICY IS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AS WE WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED
Refunds;
We frequently ship via less expensive priority mail and refund the savings to the customer. Since the Post Office eliminated 1st class parcel and created ground class the online shipping options presented by wordpress have been “problematic”.
Because we are selling a botanical product that customers have sought out we don’t have people wanting to return things because they are the wrong size etc. If someone did want to return something we would refund the purchase price for unopened product minus the shipping charge.
Delivery:
We usually ship the same day. On occasion we have to improvise and just make one shipment delivery to the Post Office per day. If the occasion comes that there will be a period when we will be unable to ship we will post the time period on the website.
